出生於加拿大,畢業於多倫多Ryerson(TMU)大學,及後回港參選2008香港小姐,以「於亞洲推廣健康飲食文化」為選美志願。

畢業回港後Hilda於2010年開始進修廚藝,先後畢業於香港西廚學院的專業烘焙麵包甜品文憑課程、2016年畢業於法國艾菲爾廚藝學院The Disciples Escoffier Diploma in Culinary Arts Programme三級專菜法國菜課程。

同年Hilda亦參加由其學院舉辦的「國際年青廚師比賽」,分別取得香港站冠軍,亦代表香港於亞洲區參賽而得到第三名。

除了專業西廚課程外,Hilda亦同時修讀了中菜研習班、中醫藥膳文憑課程、兒童Playgroud導師課程、「TQUK 英國資歷架構認可」的營養科學及食品安全文憑課程。

2012年起Hilda開始參與拍攝多個電視飲食節目,包括《靚人靚湯》、《是日B餐》、與周秀娜《星級尋味之旅》等;出版過多本烹飪食譜書,包括《回家做個女煮人》、《是日B餐》、《Thermos十分鐘燜燒料理》等;隨後亦於報紙雜誌專欄中寫作、開設個人YouTube頻道發放煮食及旅遊影片。

2012-2017年期間,Hilda主力跟不同食品/生活/美容品牌合作,其中包括連續多年成為Thermos HK代言人、中電CLP代言人等等。合作品牌亦包括:Le Creuset、Miele、Fissler、Thermos、CLP、Panasonic、李錦記、Marie Claire、Origins、FRESH等。

Hilda同時熱愛教育及分享,2015年開設Flavor Works Cooking Studio烹飪教室,教授個人/團體、親子烹飪班。
 
2018年,Hilda加入美心集團,負責品牌策劃推廣及食品研發,為其中、西、日餐廳的廚師團隊設計不同菜式及訓練。

2020年Hilda獨立創業,進軍零售行業,建立了個人網店,為大眾搜購各種優質天然瘦身美容產品、維他命補充品等,其後成為了多個國際品牌的香港獨家總代理,品牌包括MsKinny SG, Naked Blend, Grail Skincare等等。
 
2021年Hilda 於Facebook開設「靚油脂瘦身早餐會」,無私分享自家研發的「瘦身早餐」製作及配方,亦於平台上免費分享不同的健康瘦身飲食資訊。創會至今已有將近14萬追蹤者,以靚油脂早餐瘦身成功者實例無數!同期亦設立了YouTube「Hilda Leung低碳廚房系列」、Facebook「低碳廚房晚餐會」,分享了無數Hilda創作的低碳健康中西食譜。

2023年Hilda再次創業,創立了低碳甜品蛋糕店「Love Language Cakery」,親手製作一系列低碳/生酮的甜品蛋糕,為客人提供高質、無糖、無麵粉、無麩質、無罪惡感的甜品選擇。

由2008年起,15年間Hilda梁雅琳認真地持著「推廣健康飲食文化」的初心,默默地努力,默默地走到今天。

Born in Canada, she graduated from Ryerson University in Toronto (TMU) and later returned to Hong Kong to run for Miss Hong Kong 2008, with the goal of "promoting healthy food culture in Asia".

After graduating and returning to Hong Kong, Hilda began to study cooking in 2010. She graduated from the Professional Bakery and Dessert Diploma Course of the Hong Kong Western Culinary Institute, and in 2016 graduated from the Disciples Escoffier Diploma in Culinary Arts Program.

In the same year, Hilda also participated in the "International Young Chef Competition" organized by the Disciples Escoffier France and won the first place in Hong Kong and the third place in Asia.

In addition to professional Western cooking courses, she also spent a lot of time studying Chinese cuisine, Chinese Herbal medicine and Dietetics and children's playgroup instructor courses.

Since 2012, Hilda has participated in the filming of a number of TV food and beverage programs, including "Pretty Soup", "Today's B Meal", and "Star Taste Journey" with Chrissie Chau etc. She is also a cookbook author, columnist in newspapers and magazines, also started her YouTube channel focusing on cooking and travel videos.

From 2012 to 2017, Hilda mainly collaborated with different food/lifestyle/beauty brands, including becoming the spokesperson of Thermos HK and CLP spokesperson for many consecutive years. Cooperative brands also include: Le Creuset, Miele, Fissler, Thermos, CLP, Panasonic, Lee Kum Kee, Marie Claire, Origins, FRESH, etc.

Hilda also loves and believe in education and sharing. She opened a cooking studio in 2015 and teaches individual/group and parent-child cooking classes.

In 2018, Hilda joined Maxim's Group and was responsible for branding, food research and development, designing different dishes and training for the kitchen teams of both Chinese, Western and Japanese restaurants.

In 2020, Hilda started her first online retail business. She established a personal online store in sourcing various high-quality natural slimming beauty products, vitamin supplements, etc. Later, she became the exclusive sole distributor in Hong Kong for many international brands, including MsKinny. SG, Naked Blend, Grail Skincare and more.

In 2021, Hilda created a group called "Hilda Leung Breakfast Club" on Facebook, selflessly sharing the preparation and formula of her own "slimming breakfast" for weight loss, and also shared different healthy and diet information within the group. Since its establishment, it has nearly 140k followers, and there are countless examples of people who have successfully lost weight by using Hilda’s breakfast!

At the same time, she is also focusing on her YouTube Channel "Hilda Leung Low-Carb Kitchen Series" and another Facebook group "Hilda Leung Dinner Club", sharing countless low-carb, healthy Chinese and Western recipes created by Hilda.

In 2023, Hilda started her own business again and founded the low-carb dessert cake shop "Love Language Cakery". She personally created a series of low-carb/keto dessert cakes to provide customers with high-quality, sugar-free, flour-free, gluten-free, and guilt-free cakes.

Since 2008, for these 15 years, Hilda Leung has seriously adhered to the original intention of "promoting a healthy food culture".

Currently, she’s studying a TQUK Qualified diploma course in Nutritional Science and Food Safety.
