Unfortunately, we do not accept any return request due to hygiene concerns.

From missing or broken items due to delivery, please take a photo and the following form to info@flavor-works.com within 7 days after receipt of goods, we will follow up accordingly. Otherwise, we may not able to handle your return request.

Refund

Please be aware that refund can take up to 30 days to appear in your payment account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.

Exchange Policy
